This effect even knocked us for a loop when we saw it. It just wasn't possible! In effect, you show a deck of cards, then reverse half the deck and shuffle it into the other face up. This is terrific, no kidding! You now spread the deck on the table and while your back is turned the spectator takes any face up card and turning it face down, he inserts it anywhere in the deck he likes. You then square up the deck and start scanning through it. Remember, half the cards are face up and half are face down. Apparently you are having trouble finding the card when ZIP, you spread the cards on the table and they're all back up, except the selected card which is now FACE UP!
